Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As an individual practitioner with a limited number of sessions available each week, I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policy.

48-Hour Business Day Notice:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 48 business hours' notice is required.

• For Monday or Tuesday appointments, notice must be given by the same time on the preceding Friday.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• This policy applies to all reasons for cancellation, including illness or unforeseen circumstances, unless otherwise discussed.

Rescheduling:

• You are welcome to reschedule your appointment outside the 48-business-hour window at no cost.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 business hours will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the full fee.

Missed Appointments:

• Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will also be charged in full.

• Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions.
